I have over ten years experience in mental health, having worked in: schools, prisons, supported accommodation for people with severe mental health diagnoses and in higher education.
I have also held positions as a therapist in a hospice and as part of a low cost therapy service in West London.
I am experienced helping people with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties including: abuse, addictions, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, gender and identity issues, low self-esteem, relationship problems, work related stress, sexuality and sexual problems. I take an anti-discriminatory LGBTQ+ affirmative stance, and I am open to difference in all its forms.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (MBACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
